How to Make a Facebook Profile Completely Public: With Facebook's tagging, Timeline and privacy settings, you can add customized protection to your profile that's not automatically established upon account setup. You can, for example, limit the visibility of your posts to your closest friends, require login approvals before any device can access your Facebook account, and block specific users from requesting you as a friend. Removing these privacy limitations entirely makes your profile public to all Facebook visitors.
Loosen Privacy Settings:
Lift all established privacy restrictions in your Facebook account's Privacy Settings page. Click the gear icon and click "Privacy Settings." Then change the visibility settings for future posts, email address lookup and phone number lookup to Public, clicking the blue link next to each option to edit it. Set your friend request allowance to Everyone and ensure that search engine linking to your Timeline is set to On.
Reduce Security:
Remove additional posting restrictions on the "Timeline and Tagging" page. Click "Timeline and Tagging" in the left menu. In the "Who can add things to my timeline?" section, enable friends to post to your Timeline and turn off approvals for posts you're tagged in. In the "Who can see things on my timeline?" section, set the visibility for others' posts to your Timeline to Everyone. Turn tag reviewing off in the "How can I manage tags" section and change the two tagging visibility settings to Everyone.
