No One Can Send Me Friend Request On Facebook:You can use your privacy settings to choose who can contact you.
To change who can send friend requests, leave you comments, or send you messages

No One Can Send Me Friend Request On Facebook

1.Go to privacy settings; You might need to sign in with your Microsoft account.
Under Who can contact me, use the sliders to select a level— No one, Some Messenger friends, All Messenger friends, Messenger friends and their friends, or Everyone.


2.Click Save.

Note
Some Messenger friends are those who are not on your limited access list.
All Messenger friends include Some Messenger friends, plus those Messenger friends who are on your limited access list.

Mass Friend Request Facebook: If you are talking about sending a request on Facebook and if that person is using Facebook application, then YES, he or she will DEFINITELYget a notification on the mobile at the notification bar saying “xyz has sent you a request” with Facebook application's logo on the screen till the time he or she clears the notification by pressing clear button available on the mobile screen manager.

So now it doesn't really matter whether you have deleted the request or not, but when the person will try to see your request by clicking on that facebbok's notification, he or she won't actually see any request there (as you have already deleted) and after that the notification will also go away.

Note 1: if you want to try this, then use two different accounts and user Facebook application for one ID while you can use any browser for other ID and sent request from your Browser Facebook to application ID, it will be clear for you.


Note 2: I'm telling this because it has happened with me many time that I got some request notifications on my mobile (as I use Facebook app) for requests, but when I go there, I found nothing.
